Circuit basics
Current flows in a closed loop from the battery through parts and back. An open switch breaks the loop.
Ohm's law: V = I × R. Power: P = V × I.
Series: one path, resistances add. Parallel: many paths, current splits.
LEDs need a resistor to limit current.
